Sign Printing Processes

Large Format Printing

Digital VUTEk Press six color process 80" print width

This powerful method is perfect for very large signs, but it can also accommodate short run, full color banner and posters, making it a very versatile process. If you’re unsure about what printing process is appropriate for your job, don’t hesitate to give us a call. We can bring you up to speed on your options and give you some knowledgeable advice.

Small Format Printing

Variable content Digital Xerox iGen

This technology enables you to create affordable artwork in an efficient manner. To use this process you first build a spreadsheet. Each row on your spreadsheet represents a different sign card or shelf talker. Each column on the sheet holds information that tells the printer how to create the card. For example, one column will include information about your promotional theme of the month, another could indicate copy layout, yet another would include your store logo, and so on.

Another advantage of using this digital printing system is that we can output your signs in an “intelligent sequence,” which substantially reduces the amount of time it takes to hang various components (a significant cost many retailers never consider).

While this may seem overwhelming, we’re happy to walk you through the whole process. Just give us a call when you’re ready to start your project!
